About the Hunt Provider:
Hunt deer, elk and black bear on 1000 acres private land surrounded on 3 sides by thousands of acres BLM land that has no public access, private access only. Elevation runs from 7500 to 9500 feet. DIY hunts minimum hunters 2 for any season and 2 max. You have the whole property to yourself. Trailers allowed on property. Cabin for sleeping available. Water hookup at cabin but no electricity. No hookups at barn. ATVs ok for game retrieval. E-Bikes and horses ok but no driving on property other than for game retrieval. 7 miles of roads through the property so can be easy walking at times to glass and then stalk game. Otherwise some areas can be steep. You need to be fit. Water tanks, springs, pond and year round creek, meadows, pines, fir, oak brush. Black bear highest density in Colorado. Black and color phased bear.

All other seasons a draw. Apply in March and sometimes leftover depending on the season.

DIY minimum 2 any season and 2 max. You have the whole property to yourself.
