About the Hunt Provider:
The first elk picture above in the listing was taken 2nd rifle 2024. The cabin sits on 160 acres private land and has breath taking views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range. It also backs up to 12,000 acres of BLM land and 1 mile from the Rio Grande National Forest with multiple trails for ATV/UTV, dirt bike, and any off road vehicle. On the first floor there is a kitchen, living space, fireplace, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms that have twin over queen bunk beds. Upstairs there is loft with a futon, another full bathroom, and a master bedroom with queen bed, and twin bunks. There is an indoor and outdoor fireplace, along with a wrap around porch with gorgeous views! This property is off grid and operates on solar. There are propane heaters, well water and septic.

South Central Colorado, in GMU681 near unit GMU082. The closest town is Salida.
