This over 2 miles of private property, surrounded on 3 sides by BLM, the 4th side is pother private property. The properties include, scrub oak, open parks, timber, large trees, bushes, meadows, draws that may have water but also stock tanks, rocky areas and other varying terrain.

Licenses:
Please note all voucher contact, pricing and delivering will be between the Landowner and the hunter directly.
- Any season mule deer may take 2 to 3 preference points to draw tags.
- Cow elk a draw and no points.
- Deer vouchers may be available. Ask for details.
Party Size:
2 to 3 maximum per season.
Mode of Travel:
Vehicle to the property and ATV or side-by-side and by foot on the property. Please bring ATV and stay on the roads. It's best to only use as needed so as not to scare game off the property.
Animal Quality:
Elk 4x4 and up. Mule Deer from 3x3 to 5x5.
Success Rate:
Success rate on deer tends to be 70-85% depending on you hunting and shooting skills. Older bucks are there but are more difficult to outsmart. DIY is generally not tracked.
Hunt Difficulty:
Hiking low to medium impact. The exception is there is a very rugged area that can hold some surprises. Shots can be up to 450 yards. Extreme ATV noise can move deer and elk out of the area. Drive slowly, quiet and mostly during mid-day for the highest success.

Exclusive Semi-Guided with landowner showing you the property and where he normally sees deer and elk and how they move through. DIY hunt on about 1400 acres private land plus many thousands of acres of BLM behind the property.
