About the Outfitter:

Use the sweet 450 square foot cabin for your base hunt nestled in the forest at a little over 9,000 feet in altitude. Plus have access to all 325 acres of private land to hunt. There are beds, a dining table and a wood stove that acts as a heat and a cooking source. You will be hunting in GMU062 which is being considered to be dedicated as a trophy unit because of the genes the area holds. GMU061 next door is already a trophy unit.

The cabin blends in well with the wilderness with the interior very comfortable at the end of a day’s hunt. There is no running water but there is an outside outhouse. We usually bring a 5 gallon jug of water and it works well for inside the cabin. We use the small propane lanterns for lighting.

The cabin can sleep four, but another bunk can be added if needed.

You will be given instruction about the cabin, the property boundaries and what to expect from elk and deer as far as feeding, watering and bedding areas to hunt.
