About the Hunt Provider:
This hunt provider has over 2500 acres private land within 2 different game management units that are fairly easy to draw tags for. There are stock tanks and ponds on the properties to draw the game in. Setting up a ground blind near the water is a good strategy. You can bring a trailer to park on the property. Water hookup but no electric available. Closest hotel is 30 minutes and restaurants even closer.

Eastern Colorado, GMU111 with 1700 acres (nearly 3 square miles) private land and GMU119 with 1000 acres.

Property ranges from flat wide open sage to rolling hills and water holes.
Party Size:
1 or more per group.
Mode of Travel:
Vehicle and foot. ATVs are ok to use.
Success Rate:
DIY hunts we don't track success rate however the properties have been good producers of both deer and antelope.
Hunt Difficulty:
Low impact meaning easier hiking than most hunts. Recommended for those that have difficulty getting around, prefer lower altitude and/or able to shoot out the window of a truck.

Rifle/Muzzleloader $1895 if you have a license, $2395 with a voucher included.

Non-hunting Guest $495
