Mule Deer

CO you must have a license by now or buy a voucher and very few are available.  It's possible to grab a leftover or returned tag starting August.  If you have a license ask us about property availability. 

CO CO-5189 = DIY 1400 acres private GMU581, all seasons except 2nd rifle.  No vouchers.

CO CO-5062 = Semi-guided 1000 acres private GMU003 for 2.  No vouchers.

CO CO-5077 = Semi-guided 1000 acres private and 3000 BLM GMU003, 2nd, 3rd and 4th rifle.  No vouchers.

CO CO-5094 = Semi-guided 6000 acres private and BLM GMU003, GMU004, 2nd and 3rd rifle.  No vouchers.

CO CO-5202 = Guided 3000 acres private and lodging may be available GMU013, 2nd, 3rd and 4th rifle.  May have vouchers.

CO CO-5203 = Guided 20,000 acres private w/wo lodging GMU004 1st rifle.

CO CO-5203-3000 = DIY 3000 acres private GMU011 1st rifle.

CO CO-5182M = Semi-guided 640 acres private GMU003 4th rifle.

CO CO-5101 = DIY cabin on 40 acres about 3 miles from GMU062 located in GMU061, 1st or 2nd rifle for 4 to 9 person groups.

CO CO-5025C = DIYcabin property is behind private and backs up to USFS GMU421 rifle seasons.

Cow Elk

CO most cow elk hunts available if you have a license.  Otherwise planning for 2026.

NE NE-6034 = 6500 acres private, Frenchman unit, archery only.

NE NE-6004 = 7000 acres private, Keya Paha unit, archery and muzzleloader.

NE NE-6010 = 4500 acres private, Elkhorn unit, archery, rifle and muzzleloader available.

IA or MO IA-MO-4001 = MO 2nd half of rifle, archery and muzzleloader, IA all seasons if you have a license.

MO MO-4077 = 11/27 thru 1/15

OK OK-7401 = archery thru 1/15

OK OK-7407 = 2nd half of rifle or archery

TX TX-7001 = 50,000 acres private with lodging, buck, doe and hog combo through early January.

GA GA-8500 = 1300 acres private with lodging.
