Important Export Regulations Notice!

Commodities, products, technologies and services purchased through Sportsman's Logistics may be subject to one or more of the U.S. ITAR Export Control Laws and Regulations enforced by the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Commerce, or U.S. Department of Treasury. It is unlawful and strictly prohibited to engage in overseas sales of ITAR products requiring a license without prior written approval from the U.S. State Department. Due to these Laws and Regulations we do not ship any orders outside the USA.

 

All orders are shipped via either USPS or UPS.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Freight Policy:

For 48 Continental States

Shipment of imported/crated ammunition, ammunition under $100/case and products in wooden crates/boxes, hard gun cases and gun safes are FOB Sportsman's Logistics. All products classified as ORM-D, including cleaning solvents, CO2 cartridges, non-lethal defense sprays and ammunition must be shipped UPS Ground.

 

We have no minimum order requirement, but all orders to the Continental US will have a $2.50 handling fee.  This covers additional costs of packaging, insurance, tracking and signature acceptance when necessary.

 

All products classified as ORM-D, including cleaning solvents, CO2 cartridges, non-lethal defense sprays and ammunition must be shipped UPS Ground.

 

For Alaska and Hawaii
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air.  Orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii will have a $20.00 handling fee.  This covers additional costs of packaging, insurance, tracking and signature acceptance when necessary.

 

Returns Policy

All sales are FINAL on lingerie, loungwear and swimwear ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ALLOWED.

If you have a problem with your order then you need to contact us within 72 hours of receiving it.  If you need to return something, please follow these easy steps:

1. Go to the website and log onto your account.  If you don't have an account then send us an email or use the Contact Us page.
 
2. Click on the My Account link at the top right of the website.
 
3. Click on the Completed Orders link.
 
4. Find the order with the item to return and click on the Return Item(s) link to the far right under "Your Order".
 
5. Fill out the necessary information and submit your request.

6. Follow the instructions on the page that follows shipping the item to us at the following address.

You will receive a refund, store credit or item replacement after receiving your returned item(s).  Depending on the reason for the return, we may or may not include shipping in the refund and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
