About the Hunt Provider:
This hunt provider has 550 acres private land with a cabin and 1500 acres BLM in GMU013. The cabin is located 3 miles from national forest. The property has aspen, scrub oak, other large trees and bushes, meadows, a pond and 60 acre irrigated hay field which acts as a magnet for big game. There is a creek that runs through the property. Altitude is at about 7800 feet. There are 3 elevated blinds to use with heaters. The cabin on the property has full size and single beds to sleep up to 4, has electricity, propane/wood stove heat, propane stove, water, shower, toilet, refrigerator and satellite TV. The property is surrounded by private land with USFS 2 miles away and BLM 3 miles away by road but 1/2 mile as the crow flies. Recommend you bring your own drinking water. Cell phone coverage may not be available on the property.

Species & Recommended Seasons:
Elk any season. Cow elk hunts also available between rifle seasons and through December. Mule deer any season.
Licenses:
- Archery and muzzleloader mule deer licenses can take a preference point or 2 to draw.
- 1st rifle elk a draw and no points required. No deer hunting.
- Archery, 2nd & 3rd rifle elk licenses over the counter. Mule deer draw with no points required.
- 4th rifle elk and deer a draw with no points.
- Cow elk a draw and no points.
- Deer vouchers may be available. Ask for details.
License and Voucher Watchdog will get you the licenses you need.

2 min to 4 max archery/muzzleloader and 3 min to 4 max hunters rifle.
