1. Do you ship outside the USA?

We can but are not set up on the website to do so but contact us if you are interested in something specific.  Due to restrictions on firearm parts and accessories by the federal government it is easier for us to not ship outside the USA than to determine if a particular item can or can not be shipped.

2. Do you give out shipping tracking numbers?

No, we do not to help prevent fraud.  People perpetuating fraud will buy something in your name, with your credit card and then ship it to a different address or to your address and have the package rerouted to their address.  If you receive something you did not order then it's probably because they couldn't redirect the package to a different address.  Please contact us if this happens to you.

3. I selected the Paypal payment method but it didn't take me to checkout in Paypal.  What's the deal?

Since we sell ammunition, gun parts and other items disallowed by Paypal which is owned by eBay who have the same rules, we can not take payments via Paypal for the following items.  They do not allow firearm parts, magazines, hand weapons (throwing stars, brass knuckles, etc.), some knives (throwing knives, bayonets, military knives, pen knives, automatic knives), blow guns, Tasers, air rifles/pistols, pellet guns, military items like bullet proof vests and plates.  We must manually verify orders that you wish to pay with via Paypal and send you an invoice.  You will get an email via Paypal to pay rather than do the normal checkout and be redirected to Paypal.  If you decide you don't wnat to do it this way after checkout then you can call us to pay via credit card.

4. Can I have ammunition shipped by air?

We can but you must buy the hazmat item at this link: AKHIHAZMAT.  This is required for shipping ammunition to AK or HI.

5. How do I know what restrictions my state or city has on you being able to ship ammunition, magazine size, stun guns, blow guns, etc.?

6. Is everything you have showing in stock actually in stock?

We update our inventory on an hourly basis.  However between the time that you place your order and the time that we fulfill it the item(s) you orderd could have been sold.  We can't gaurantee we have it because of the fluid nature of the inventory.

7. How do I find a specific product on the website?

The best way to find exactly what you are looking for is if you have the manufacturers product UPC number.  This is usually a 12 or 13 digit number and may start with a zero.  Our website is set up to use the product UPC number as our SKU number.  The advanced search works very well when searching for a product within a specific category.

8. Will I receive only one package or multiple in the mail?

You may receive one or multiple packages in the mail for your order due to the fact that we may ship from multiple warehouses depending on what you order.

9. How quickly will I receive my order?

Usually orders are shipped within a day or 2 of ordering unless we have a question for you about your order or another issue.  However, if you have a special order item then some items may not be shipped right away.  Plus it depends on where you live compared to our warehouse.  We provide tracking numbers for you to track your package so it's important that your email be accurate on the order.

10. How do I change or add something to my order?

As soon as you submit your order it is in the process of being fulfilled and shipped.  While it is usually not possible to change an order after it is submitted, contact us to see if we can have it changed before it is shipped.  Otherwise you will need to create a new order or return what you didn't want to order.  Be aware you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the reason for returns.

11. Will xyz part fit my abc item?

We put as much information as we have available to us in the listings on our website.  If you need to know specific information about something we have on our website, and it is not listed, then it is best to contact the manufacturer.  That way you will know for sure if you are buying exactly what you need and save yourself the hassle and cost of returning it.  We do have the Size & Fit Charts page that may give you the information you want.

12. How safe is my credit card and personal information on your website?

Your credit card and personal information are completely safe and private with Sportsman's Logistics. We use the latest security-encryption technology when we process personal information such as your name, address, email address, credit card information, and telephone number. 14. Do I need Picatinny or Weaver type mount?

Accessories designed for a Weaver system will, in most cases, fit on a Picatinny system. However, due to the larger recoil groove, Picatinny accessories will not fit a Weaver system.  If you are wanting to fit something to a Picatinny rail, then both Picatinny and Weaver mounts will fit.  If you are trying to fit a Weaver rail, stick with Weaver mounts.  In short, Picatinny won’t fit Weaver, but Weaver will fit Picatinny.

15. How many products do you have listed on your website?

We have over 60,000 products and are working to add more.  We are also adding new products as they become available. We want to be your one stop shop for all your outdoor needs.

16. Can you get items if I don't see a particular item on your website?

Use the Contact Us page to let us know what you are looking for and we will see if we can get it.  We are adding and removing items all the time and if we carry a certain manufacturer brand then we may be able to get it.

17. How does Sportsman's Logistics keep their price so low?

We keep our prices low by buying from multiple suppliers and working with multiple warehouses allowing us to keep prices low and competitive.  If you find something is not that competitive, notify us through the Contact Us page.

18. How old do I have to be to buy handgun or rifle ammunition?

You must be 18 years or older to buy rifle ammunition and 21 years or older to buy handgun ammunition.

19. Is there a warranty with every item I order?

Warranties are handled by the manufacturer of the item and that information should be included with it.  If you are not sure what the manufacturers warranty is, please go to their website and check their policy prior to ordering.

20. What payment options are available and is it secure?

We offer payment via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), certified check or money order.  Personal checks are not accepted.  Our website store uses a PCI compliant payment gateway ensuring your personal information is safe and secure.
